Road Traffic Law
Our road traffic law specialists have vast experience and knowledge of motoring offences.
We can help you if you have a pending court appearance or police interview. Please call us free of charge so that our road traffic specialists can advise you on your options.
If you have a defence we will find it. We will advise if you have grounds to argue exceptional hardship to avoid a penalty points disqualification. It may be that you are guilty of the offence but can properly argue that there were special reasons existing at the time of the offence which may persuade the court not to impose penalty points or a disqualification. Finally, you may be best advised to plead guilty and seek to persuade the court to be as lenient as possible.
We recognise that losing your driving licence will have a massive impact on your ability to work and your family. In some cases, receiving penalty points alone can affect your job. We strive to obtain the best possible outcome in each and every case.
The firm is one of the largest practices in the Medway Towns and North Kent, servicing clients across Kent, the South East and London.
